Swavesey provides oppurtunities in Football from below 7 years old up to adult. There is currently a total of eight youth teams and three mens teams, under The Swavesey Institute. The Institute play their home matches at the Village Green, and youth teams use either this venue, The Primary School or The Village College playing fields. Support for the teams is always welcomed and we encourage a friendly atmosphere between supporters. More information on all the teams can be found on the website following the links above.

Spartans need boys or girls for our new team being formed after Easter for year one children.

Swavesey Spartans have 8 teams playing in local Mini-league and Colts football, we have a full club constitution, fully trained coaches and two child protection Officers as well as arranging football tours for the older teams and an annual Spartans fun day in June.
We provide qualified, CRB checked Coaches and all the equipment required to start children playing football, we train on the new astro turf surface at Swavesey Village College and will look to enter non competitive Mini League football and local tournaments as soon as the children are ready.

We also need players for our year 4 team, (under 9’s) at the moment, who move onto a bigger pitch next season and require a bigger squad.
Training is held on the astro turf at Swavesey Village College, Tuesday nights 6pm – 7pm
